National Planner Day 2022
National Planner Day is August 1st! This special holiday was created four years ago by the team at bloom daily planners to celebrate our love of planning and reflect on how planning and community can both have such a positive impact on our lives. Each year, our community comes together in the spirit of community over competition to make the holiday better and better.
This year, the team from bloom reached out to members of the planner community via an open zoom to help brainstorm and gather feedback on making the day special. For 2022, National Planner Day will include the beloved mega giveaway tradition with featured brands participating, the second annual Plannie Awards plus a fun day filled with virtual events, workshops and demos.
We spoke with Emily Sousa from bloom daily planners to hear all the details planned for the special day. Take a listen below:
AN AMAZING PLANNER GIVEAWAY
National Planner Day is known for its exciting giveaway! The team from bloom, in collaboration with some of the biggest brands, will be donating 10 awesome prize packs filled with gift cards/codes worth over $2700. THE PLANNIE AWARDS
The second annual Plannie Awards will take place this year. The Plannie Awards are a way to shine a light on our favorite creators, podcasters, events and resources in the planner community. It’s about showing appreciation and honoring those people who really give back to the community in a special way. All the categories are listed below and there is still time to vote for your favorites, just fill out the submission form here.
VIRTUAL DAY OF EVENTS
For the first time this year, our community will have a way to celebrate together, virtually. bloom has organized a host of virtual events to make the day fun for everyone. Just get your favorite planner and supplies and come celebrate! Connect with planner friends and make new ones too. Note: Some events start over the weekend so be sure to check the schedule for details.
